Personal sessions that are catered to the needs of your body at the time. Special attention will be paid toward nervous system regulation and overall stress relief. A mixture of techniques may be used such as Swedish, Cranio-Sacral therapy, Stretching, and more.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy

The craniosacral system is the home to our central nervous system. Every day your body endures stresses and strains, and your structures work to compensate for them. Unfortunately, these changes often cause body tissues to tighten and distort the craniosacral system, which can then cause tension to form around the brain and spinal cord. The result is a barrier to the healthy performance of the central nervous system, and potentially every other system it interacts with. Fortunately, such restrictions can be detected and corrected using simple methods of touch. I will feel for ease of motion and rhythm of the cerebral spinal fluid and through gentle holds, aim to release restriction helping to calm and regulate your nervous system.

This session is a 45 minute, clothed session.

Lymphatic Drainage

MLD is a specific, gentle technique that helps to stimulate lymph flow and transport lymph. Your immune system loves this modality! Everyone can benefit from MLD and especially those with sleep issues, fatigue, headaches, and swelling.

Package payment due at time of booking.

Cancellations must be done at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you do not show up for your appointment or if you cancel without rescheduling after the allotted timeframe, your full session payment will be requested. I currently do not ask for a card to be put on file and the payment will be requested through Venmo. If the request is not filled, you will no longer be able to make any appointments with us. We understand that life happens and should an emergency arise, don't hesitate to contact us.
